Personally impacted the education of over 90,000 people with a diverse range of ages and backgrounds
Invited to speak on soft skills as well as social and experiential learning methods to a variety of domestic and international audiences
Founded, scaled and led a variety of Canadian educational programs, including an internationally recognized program to teach soft skills to university students and equip them to mentor younger children
Founded innovative programs such as the Community Conversation Cafes, OneWorld Presentation Series, and Post-Secondary 101 to encourage non-traditional learners, seniors and marginalized individuals to develop soft and lifelong learning skills
Implemented an evidence-based research program to ensure program effectiveness with funding from Health Canada
Successfully secured a $65,000 grant to help over100 youth from priority neighbourhoods develop ‘soft skills’
